大型钢结构在非滑道分层建造过程中的变形控制技术

     

摘要

Large-scale steel structure is usually constructed by layers. However, large deformation of steel structure may happen in the construction due to long span of steel structure and high weight of the equipment between the layers. Based on the models of foundation, layered steel structure and pier which are constructed respectively, through coupling the foundation and steel structure, a coupling computational model is formed for large-scale steel structure in non-slide layered construction. By numerical simulation, the stress and strain data are obtained for the under-layer of module 3M102 in the layered construction. And steel structure deformation number is controlled in the allowable range by adding temporary supports.%大型钢结构通常分层建造,由于结构跨度较长、层间设备较重,在建造过程中钢结构可能会产生较大变形.在分别构建地基基础、分层钢结构和建造垫墩模型的基础上,将地基基础和钢结构进行耦合,组成大型钢结构非滑道分层建造的耦合计算模型.通过数值模拟,获取3M102模块的下层在分层建造过程中的应力、应变数据,并利用增加临时支撑的方法使结构变形值控制在允许范围内.
