基于国内大多数煤码头的控制系统和管理系统相互独立、无法实现系统数据交换和有效使用等问题,结合天津港煤码头管控一体化系统的工程实践,提出管控一体化系统的解决方案.管控一体化系统能将煤码头控制系统和计算机管理系统更紧密地结合起来,深度挖掘与整合生产设备自动运行控制系统和信息管理系统的功能,为企业带来巨大的社会和经济效益.%As for most of coal terminals in China, the control system and management system are independent each other. It is no way to exchange data between two systems or apply them effectively. By combining with the engineering practice of the management and control integrative system of Tianjin Port Coal Terminal, a solution is proposed to realize the management and control integrative system. The above system may combine coal terminal control system and computer management system tightly, mine deeply and sort out more functions for the automatic running control system and information management system of production equipment, and create huge social and economic benefit for enterprises.
