铂电阻智能测温电路设计及非线性校正方法

         

摘要

The microcontroller because of its high reliability, high performance-price ratio is widely applied to the industrial control system, intelligent instrumentation and intelligent interface and so on. This paper based on singlechip platinum resistor intelligent temperature measurement circuit design and nonlinear correction method, this paper analyzes the hardware structure and work principle. This circuit system consists of temperature gathering circuit, signal amplifying circuit module conversion module ICL7135, 89C51, digital tube display circuit, and upper aircrew becomes. The dynamic display with digital tube temperature, top and bottom limit alarm, print and superordination machine communication, and other functions. And through the analysis of platinic resistance temperature sensor, by using nonlinear nonlinear features an A/D converter 7135 realize linear compensation design.%单片机因其高可靠性,高性价比被广泛应用于工业控制系统,智能化仪表和智能接口等领域。介绍以单片机为核心的铂电阻智能测温电路设计及非线性校正方法,主要分析了硬件的结构及其工作原理。该电路系统由温度采集电路,信号放大电路,模数转换模块ICL7135,89C51单片机,数码管显示电路及上位机组成。其具有数码管动态显示温度、上下限报警、打印与上位机通讯等功能。并通过分析铂电阻温度传感器的非线性特性,采用非线性A/D转换器7135实现线性补偿设计。
