高压水射流外墙清洗用喷头工作机构设计

摘要

文章选择曲柄滑块机构作为喷头工作机构,将喷头固定在滑块上,利用滑块的往复直线运动,带动喷头左右移动,从而实现清洗的目的。介绍了曲柄和连杆长度的确定,并通过对曲柄和连杆的受力分析,计算了曲柄和连杆的横截面积,为满足滑块不同行程的需要,把曲柄设计成了可调节结构。%Choosed slider-crank mechanism as the shower nozzle institutions,fixed shower nozzle in the slider,and used the slide block reciprocating linear motion,and drived the nozzle right movement,so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.Through confirming the length of the crank and connecting rod,and analyzing its force,and calculating cross sectional area of the crank and connecting rod,an adjustable crank structure was designed in order to satisfy the needs of different slider trip.
