The development and application of network teaching system is beneficial to push forward the construction of net curriculum as well as the transformation of teaching way and teaching method.This article introduces a general course studying and testing system based on Web,including its design goal,function design,database design,realization technology and main characteristic and so on.%网络教学系统的开发与应用,有利于推进网上课程的建设以及教学方式与教学手段的变革。介绍一个通用的基于Web的课程学习与测试系统,包括其设计目标、功能设计、数据库设计、实现技术与主要特点等。
