利用红花羊蹄甲(Bauhinia variegate)生理生化指标指示大气污染

         

摘要

Air pollution has great effects on the physiological and biochemical parameters of plants, and can show how heavy the air pollution. In this paper, we chose four different function areas in Nanning city, which are Zhenning garden, ZhonghuaBeihu crossing, Guangxi teacher’s education university,and Qingxiu mountain park and collected Bauhinia variegate‘s leaves. The Chlorophyll content, Soluble protein content, peroxidase (POD) activity, and the Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity in the plants leaves were analyzed. The results show that the chlorophyll content, the soluble protein content, the POD, the SOD in the four functions had remarkable difference. The measured value ranged from 8.22 to 13.57mg/l, from 2.31 to 3.05mg/g, from1.83 to 2.57 u/(g.min), from 42.54 to100.87u/g. The correlation coefficient between the content and the air pollution were 0.69, 0.96, 0.99, and 0.99. It’s concluded that Bauhinia variegate‘s Chlorophyll content,Soluble protein content,Peroxidase(POD) activity,and the Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity can show the degree of air pllution.%  在大气主要污染物 SO2、NOX 作用下,绿色植物的生理生化指标会受到不同程度的影响。本文选择广西南宁市四个城市功能区——振宁花园、中华北湖路口、广西师范学院、青秀山公园,作为研究地点,采集各功能区共有常见植物红花羊蹄甲(Bauhinia variegate)进行取样分析,分析植物叶片中的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,对指标进行统计学分析,以此了解植物的生理生化指标与大气污染程度的相关性。研究表明,在四个功能区中,植物叶绿素的含量、可溶性蛋白的含量、POD 活性、SOD 活性均具有显著性的差异,其测定值分别在8.22mg/l~13.57mg/l,2.31mg/g~3.05mg/g、1.83 u/(g.min)~2.57 u/(g.min)、42.54 u/g~100.87u/g 之间;与大气污染的相关系数分别为0.69、0.96、0.99、0.97。通过研究分析表明,红花羊蹄甲中的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物岐化酶活性与大气污染的程度具有一定的相关性,可以用于指示大气污染。
