高职建筑类专业顶岗实习管理现状及对策研究--以广西交通职业技术学院为例

摘要

Replacement Internship is extremely important in higher vocational education personnel training, which can be regarded as the foundation of training high skilled talents, both and the access to employment, entrepreneurship.However, because of the particularity of the practice for construction industry of the higher vocational colleges, as well as the limitations of the Faculty, much trouble come into existence on Replacement Internship management.Therefore, actively seeking and exploring effective ways to improve the Replacement Internship management, becomes the key topics in the Replacement Internship of the current higher vocational colleges.%顶岗实习是高职教育人才培养的重要环节，是培养高技能型人才必要的基础训练和从业、创业的适应性训练，由于高职院校建筑类专业所实习行业的特殊性以及学校师资力量的有限性，从而导致在实习管理上带来困境。因此，积极寻找和探索有效的顶岗实习管理方法和措施，是当前高职院校建筑专业顶岗实习需要探讨的重要课题。
