基于技能大赛的《汽车售后服务管理》课程的研究与实践

         

摘要

把技能大赛的理念引入课程体系,通过将比赛项目和课程教学相结合,课外技能大赛活动和课程考核相结合的模式来优化《汽车售后服务管理》课程内容、改革考核方式和考核标准能提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,达到提高学生职业技能的目的,既提高了汽车技术服务与营销专业人才的培养质量,又满足了企业对相应岗位人才的要求,从而实现学校、企业和学生“三赢”的目标。%The introduction of the concept of skills to contest curriculum system, by combining events and courses teaching, extracurricular skills contest activity and course examination model to optimize the combination of the auto after-sales service management course content, reform examination mode and evaluation standards can improve the students' learning interest and enthusiasm, achieve the goal of improve students' vocational skills, can not only improve the automotive technology service and marketing professional talent training quality, and meet the requirements of enterprise to corresponding post talented person, so as to realize schools, enterprises and the"three win"goal.
