离心母液水中PVC颗粒回收新技术

摘要

介绍了斜板式快沉槽和气动连续式砂滤器的结构与工作原理。阐述了新疆天业（集团）天辰化工有限公司在第1期40万t／aPVC项目采用斜板式快沉槽与气动连续式砂滤器相结合处理、回收离心母液水中PVC颗粒的技术，可回收PVC树脂400t／a，回收效率达95％以上。%The structures and working principles of slanting plate type of fast settling tanks and pneumatic continuous sand filters were introduced. The technology of combining the slanting plate type of fast settling tanks and pneumatic continuous sand filters for recovering PVC particles from centrifugal mother liquid in the first phase of 400 kt/a PVC project in Tianchcn Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. of Xinjiang Tianyc （Group） were discussed. 400 tons of PVC was recovered per year and the recovery rate was over 95 %.
