闭式冷却塔在电石炉冷却系统中的应用

The heat exchange area of a closed cooling tower for Tuokesun calcium carbide production facility was calculated, and the process flow and the economics of two kinds of process, i. c. closcd cooling tower process, combination of open cooling tower and plate-type heat exchanger, were compared. The results showed that closed cooling towers could be used for the cooling of calcium carbide furnaces, and could bc applied in the production of calcium carbide.%计算分析了托克逊电石项目中所需闭式冷却塔的换热面积，比较了用于电石炉循环水冷却的闭式冷却塔及组合使用开式冷却塔、板式换热器两种工艺方案的工艺流程及经济性。结果表明：闭式冷却塔完全可以用于电石炉的冷却，可以在电石生产中推广应用。
