The flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam( RPUF) was prepared by polyether polyol, PAPI, and combined hydrotalcite and cobalt zeolite. The effects of hydrotalcite and cobalt zeolite synergist on the microstruc-ture, thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, limiting oxygen index and thermal properties of flame retardant materials were studied. The results showed that the RPUF was uniform. When the hydrotalcite dosage was 16 parts and the cobalt synergistic agent was 14 parts, the thermal insulation performance, flame retardance, mechanical properties and the thermal stability were the optimal. The thermal conductivity was 0.024 W/( m·K) , density was 47 kg/m3, compressive strength was 183 kPa, limiting oxygen index reached 41.4% and the initial thermal decom-position temperature increased to 276 ℃.%在聚醚多元醇中加入水滑石(LDHs)和钴沸石协效剂,与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯反应制备阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RP UF).讨论了水滑石与钴沸石协效剂对阻燃保温材料微观结构、导热系数、力学性能、极限氧指数和热性能的影响.结果表明,RP UF复合材料中填料均匀分散;当水滑石质量为16份、钴协效剂质量为14份时,RP UF的保温性能、阻燃性能、力学性能和热稳定性能达到最优,导热系数为0.024 W/(m·K),密度为47 kg/m3,压缩强度为183 kPa,极限氧指数达到41.4%,初始热分解温度提高到了276℃.
