新型硫酸盐三价铬镀铬液和镀层性能的研究

         

摘要

New technology of sulfate trivalent chromium plating was established and performance of plating solution and coating were tested. The plating solution was stable, the plating rate was fast as 0. 055 ~ 0.075 |xm/min, and the coating was excellent. Salt spray testing (NNS) , basic environmental testing ( damp heat, steady state) , synthetic sweat testing, and chemical pollution resistance testing all met the needs of standards. The chromium coating color was beautiful and the thickness could exceed 0. 3 μm. Characteristics of sulfate system and chloride system for trivalent chromium plating were compared and results showed that when using sulfate system the coating was better and the cost was less.%制定了硫酸盐三价铬电镀铬新工艺并测试了镀液和镀层的性能.该工艺镀液稳定,沉积速度为0.057~0.077 μm/min,镀层质量优良.中性盐雾试验,恒定湿热试验,人造汗液测试及抗化学污染测试均满足标准要求.镀层色泽美观,δ能够达到0.3 μm以上.比较了硫酸盐和氯化物三价铬电镀的特点,采用硫酸盐镀铬,镀层耐腐蚀性好,原材料消耗成本低.
