This article proposed the partial coating of small holes with 9.8 mm was too thick,lacking of paint,and existed with paint slag,taking one type of Torque Link as an example.In order to solve this quality problem,the paint atomization pressure was reduced,the distance between the nozzle and the parts was increased,the moving of the paint gun was sped up,and the filtering process before painting was added.Thus,the parts pass rate of the first-time delivery was improved,and also providing a reference for the similar parts processing.%以所承制的某型防扭臂零件为例,提出d为9.8mm小孔喷漆过程中有漆层局部偏厚、漏漆、存在漆渣等质量问题.针对质量问题通过降低漆层雾化压力,增加喷嘴与零件的距离,加快喷枪移动速度、喷涂前增加过滤网过滤等措施,提高了零件的一次交付合格率,为类似零件的加工提供借鉴.
