镍基-氧化铝复合镀层的电沉积法制备及其性能研究

摘要

In this paper,copper being used as the matrix,nickel alumina composite coating was prepared by electro deposition,and the thickness,porosity,characterization,adhesion,hardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties of the composite coating are analyzed by SEM,focusing on the effect of the types and concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate,twelve Triton X-100,CTAB on the particle diameter of nickel alumina composite coating,and the effect of Nickel cladding Al2O3 powder on the composite bath stability.%本文以铜板为基体,采用电沉积法制备镍-氧化铝复合镀层,并分别对复合镀层的形貌、厚度、孔隙率、结合力、硬度、耐磨性及耐蚀性等进行了分析.重点讨论了十二烷基硫酸钠、曲拉通X-100、溴棕三甲基铵三类表面活性剂的类型、浓度对镀镍氧化铝复合镀层粒径的影响,以及Al2O3粉体包覆镍前后对复合镀液稳定性的影响.
