干旱胁迫下喷施甜菜碱对苎麻生理特性及产量的影响

         

摘要

以华苎5号为材料,干旱胁迫后叶面喷施甜菜碱溶液,以研究该抗旱措施对苎麻生理指标及最终产量的影响。结果表明,进行甜菜碱处理可通过降低苎麻叶片相对电导率变化率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及提高叶片可溶性糖含量和生长后期 POD 活性等途径增加苎麻抗旱性,以此提高苎麻产量(鲜茎重和鲜皮重)。本研究将为苎麻抗旱高产栽培提供理论基础,为抗旱机制研究提供重要参考。%In this study,the ramie cultivar “Huazhu No.5”was used to study the effect of spra-ying betaine under drought stress.As a result,spraying betaine could improve the drought resistance of ramie,by means of lowering the increasing ratio of relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of ramie leaves,as well as enhancing the peroxidase (POD)activity at late growth stage and the soluble sugar content.Finally,the ramie yield,specifically the fresh stem weight and the fresh bast weight,was improved when compared with control.This study will provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistance cultivation of ramie and an important evidence for fundamental study of drought -resistance mechanism.
