文化基因背景下的西方规划师价值观-兼论“城市人”理论

摘要

The paper studies the essential value of western urban planning under individualism and consumerism inlfuence, to be exact, individual freedom, equal right, and rationalism. The paper compares them with Chinese urban planning values, concludes the discrepancy between eastern and western culture due to dif erent historical background. The eastern and western values of urban planners shal be relfections instead of copies of each other.%研究以文化基因的视角分析西方现代社会“个人主义”和“消费文明”背景下城市规划的基本价值观，即基于“个人”的自由价值观、基于“泛人”的平等价值观和基于“理性”的理性价值观，并与我国城市规划的基本价值观进行对比分析，总结出由于中西方文明体系的演化背景、历程不同，中西方在基本价值观上存在巨大差异，中西方城市规划师的价值观，更大意义在于“互视”，而非照搬。
