面向宜居城市建设的生态控制线规划

摘要

Livable environment is being highlighted as a competitive factor of a city. Ecological control line is an efective approach in livable city development. Taking Weihai city as an example, the paper studies the complex value of ecological space, raises ecological control line planning concept, adopts “multi-plan integration, one blueprint, interaction, combined governance” method, and sets eco-control line with diferent types, levels, and zones.%随着经济社会发展水平的不断提高，宜居的城市环境逐渐受到人们的重视，也成为城市的核心竞争力之一。划定生态控制线作为推动宜居城市建设的有效手段，近年来得到了逐步推广。研究以山东省威海市为例，在分析宜居城市建设对生态控制线规划的要求的基础上，提出宜居城市生态控制线规划思路，挖掘生态空间的复合价值，同时采取“多规融合、一张蓝图、上下联动、共划共管”的工作方法，分类、分级、分区划定生态控制线。
