三门核电站1号机组封闭支管振动诊断及处理

         

摘要

The condition of closed side branches vibration of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) unit one was introduced. Combining investigation and determination of the vibration cause, the basic theory of acoustic resonance of closed branch pipes and the mechanism and characteristics of flow-induced acoustic resonant excitation closed branch were introduced. This paper in-troduced the common methods of acoustic resonance processing of closed branch pipe and the experience feedback of the vibration treatment of main steam pipeline in QC power station in the United States. Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant unit one treatment meas-ures and its effect were introduced, thus providing reference for the treatment of similar closed branch vibration problems.%文中介绍了三门核电站1号机组封闭支管振动情况.结合振动原因排查及确定过程,介绍了封闭支管声共振的基本理论和流致声共振激发封闭支管振动的机理和特点.介绍了封闭支管流致声共振处理的常用方法和美国QC电站主蒸汽管道振动处理的经验反馈,以及三门核电站1号机组采取的处理措施和处理效果.可为类似封闭支管振动问题的处理提供借鉴.
