SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBER OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, STRUCTURE MEMBER OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, ANTI-CORROSIVE MATERIAL INJECTION DEVICE FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, AND SURFACE TREATMENT DEVICE FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBER OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the occurrence of stress corrosion cracks in a structural member of a nuclear power plant and its progression without performing hydrogen injection into furnace water.SOLUTION: On the surface of a structural member of a nuclear power plant in contact with furnace water of a nuclear reactor, an anti-corrosive material is deposited, wherein the anti-corrosive material shows hydrogen electrode potential and is higher in overvoltage to reduction of oxygen than platinum. Preferably, the anti-corrosive material is gold or a compound comprising gold.
