For the lightweight of automobile structure , it designs the fatigue test of the high strength steel welding. It has developed test plan aiming at the typical materials and selected two kinds of welding sample with different surface treatment to test. It got fatigue limit of the specimens through the analysis of test result , which has created favorable conditions for the application of high strength steel.%面向汽车结构轻量化设计中高强钢应用问题进行了高强钢焊接疲劳试验分析,针对典型的材料拟定了试验方案。分别对两种不同表面处理的焊接试件样本进行了疲劳试验,通过对试验结果的分析,得到了材料的焊接疲劳极限,为国内高强钢应用创造了有利的条件。
