政府创业投资引导基金风险分析及绩效评价研究综述

摘要

在对国内外政府创业投资引导基金相关文献进行梳理的基础之上，从政府创业投资引导基金的内涵入手，对引导基金的风险管理研究及引导基金绩效评价研究等方面进行研究综述。文章认为政府设立创业投资引导基金有助于促进创业投资领域的快速健康发展，构建适合我国的政府创业投资引导基金绩效评价体系，能更好地为“大众创业、万众创新”服务，以促进我国经济的健康发展。%This research overview discusses the venture analysis and performance evaluation of the govern-ment emerging industry venture capital guide fund. This paper bases on the domestic and overseas research overviews of the government emerging industry venture capital guide fund. Then this paper discusses the defini-tion of the government emerging industry venture capital guide fund. This paper argues that if we can establish the performance evaluation of the government emerging industry venture capital guide fund, the government e-merging industry venture capital guide fund will promotes both venture capital and China`s economy.
