采用离子色谱法测定卤水中Fˉ、Clˉ、Brˉ、SO42ˉ和NO3ˉ等5种阴离子的含量.水样经Ion Pac AG18保护柱及Ion Pac AS18分离柱分离,以33 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制电导器检测.Fˉ和Brˉ在0.50~20.0 mg·L-1范围内,Clˉ和SO42ˉ在5.00~200 mg·L-1范围内,NO3ˉ在2.50~100 mg·L-1范围内呈线性,检出限(3S/N)在0.01~0.02 mg·L-1之间.选择2种卤水样品作为基体,加入5种阴离子的标准溶液做回收试验,计算得回收率在97.4%~108%之间.%Contents of 5 anions,including Fˉ,C1ˉ,Brˉ,NO3ˉ and SO42ˉ,in brine were determined by ion chromatography (IC).Ion Pac AG18 (protective column) and Ion Pac AS18 (separation column) were used for separation and 33 mmol · L-1 NaOH solution was used as eluant.Inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination.Linearity for Fˉ and Brˉ was found in the range of 0.50-20.0 rng · L-1,linearity for Clˉ and SO42ˉ was found in the range of 5.00-200 mg · L-1,and linearity for NO3ˉ was found in the range of 2.50-100 mg· L-1,with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.01-0.02 mg · L-1.Two brine samples were selected as matrixes,and test for recovery was made by addition of standard solutions of the 5 anions to the samples,values of recovery found were in the range of 97.4%-108%.
