核电站离心铸造主管道铁素体含量的检测方法及成分偏析的控制

     

摘要

According to the requirement of RCC-M,the material of the main pipe of CPR1000 PWR nuclear power station is centrifugal casting austenitic-ferritic stainless steel (French grade Z3CN20-09M).According to Schaeffler diagram of chapter MC1000 and the content of chapter MC1340,the ferrite content of the main pipe was measured,and the causes of results difference between different methods were analyzed.Combined the manufacture experience of the main pipe of Yangjiang project and the content of chapter RCC-M M3406,the reasons why the ferrite content of the main pipe increased from inner wall to outer wall were also analyzed from metallurgy theory and the solidification characteristics of centrifugal casting.The application scope of the ferrite content measurement methods of Schaeffler diagram and chapter MC1340,and the method to eliminate the uneven distribution of ferrite in the main pipe were concluded.%根据RCC-M要求,CPR1000堆型压水堆核电站核岛主管道的材料为离心铸造的奥氏体-铁素体不锈钢(法国牌号 Z3CN20-09M)。该试验按照 MC1000章节舍夫勒图(Schaeffler)和MC1340章节的内容测定了主管道的铁素体含量,分析了不同方法检测结果的差异原因。并结合阳江项目主管道的制造经验和RCC-M M3406的内容,从金属学及离心铸造结晶凝固的特点,分析了主管道铁素体含量自管道内壁向外递增分布的原因。总结出舍夫勒图评定铁素体含量与MC1340章节测定铁素体含量方法的适用范围,以及消除主管道铁素体分布不均的方法。
