通过运动焦虑问卷调查学生的焦虑水平,同时考察学生双杠技能的学习成绩,探索运动焦虑对双杠技能学习的影响。结果发现不同技能成绩水平学生认知焦虑程度、躯体焦虑程度和状态自信心程度有显著性差异。技能成绩越好的学生认知焦虑和躯体焦虑水平相对较低,状态自信心水平越高。%Through the sports anxiety questionnaire survey and parallel bar skills examination of students, this paper analyzes the influence of sports anxiety on leaning of parallel bars. The results showed that different grades students have significant difference on cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety and state self-confidence degree. Students have the better skills cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety level is relatively low and higher level of the confidence.
