左卡尼汀对小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧能力·外周血白细胞数及免疫器官重量的影响

         

摘要

Objective To study the effect of levocarnitine on fatigue resistance, hypoxia tolerance, peripheral white blood cell count and weight of immune organs in mice. Methods The anti-fatigue capability experimental animal model for mice was used. Results Among the selected doses, 130, 260, 520 mg/kg was equivalent to the recommended dose for the human body. Levocarnitine extended the swimming time, and survival time of mice under normal pressure. It could obviously increase the number of peripheral white blood cells and indexes of the thymic and spleen. Conclusion Levocarnitine can improve fatigue resistance and hypoxia tolerance while increasing peripheral white blood cells and the index of the thymus and spleen.%目的 考察左卡尼汀对小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧能力、外周血白细胞数及免疫器官重量的影响.方法 制备小鼠抗疲劳能力实验动物模型和环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低功实验动物模型,观察左卡尼汀对小鼠抗疲劳耐缺氧能力和外周血白细胞数和免疫器官重量的影响.结果 在所选择的剂量130、260、520 mg/kg相当于人体推荐剂量、人体推荐剂量的1倍和2倍的左卡尼汀均能延长小鼠游泳时间、小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、提高外周血白细胞数并使胸腺、脾脏指数升高.结论 左卡尼汀可以提高小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,促进外周血白细胞数、胸腺、脾脏指数升高.
