高效液相色谱法测定复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量

摘要

目的 对复方芦荟胶囊中指标成分芦荟苷的含量测定方法进行研究.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Polris C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)0DS柱,流动相:水-甲醇(58:42),流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:359 nm;柱温:室温.结果 芦荟苷在0.10～0.70μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.13%,RSD为1.7%(n=9).结论 本法测定复方芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量,操作简便,重复性良好.%Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of assay of aloin in the Fufangluhui Capsules. Methods Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used. A Polris-C18 column was used with the inobile phase of methanol-water(58: 42) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was set at 359 nm and the column temperature was maintained at room temperature. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 10-0.70 μg for aloin ( r =0. 9997). The average recovery of aloin was 100.13％ and RSD was 1.7％( n =9). Conclusion The proposed method can be used in the quantitative analysis of aloin,as it is simple,economical and accurate with good reproducibility.
