Objective To develop an high performance liquid chromatography quantitative method for the determination of potassium citrate in potassium citrate solution. Methods The chromatographic conditions include column C18 (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and a mobile phase of 0.025 moL/L disodium hydrogen phosphate( adjusted to pH 2.5 by phosphoric acid). The flow rate was 1 mL/min and monitored at 210 nm. Results The regression equation for potassium citrate was Y= 0.3764X - 25.45, r = 0.9999 and the linear range was 429.4-1288 μg/ml. The average recovery of potassium citrate was 99.4% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion This method is simple, time-saving and accurate. It can be used for routine analysis of potassium citrate in potassium citrate solution.%目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾含量的方法.方法 色谱柱采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.025 moL/L磷酸氢二钠(用磷酸调pH值为2.5)溶液为流动相,流速:1mL/min,检测波长:210nm.结果 以峰面积(X)对进样浓度(Y)线性回归,回归方程为Y=0.3764X-25.45,r=0.9999,线性范围429.4~1288μg/ml,枸橼酸钾回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.3%.结论 本方法操作简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可用于枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾的含量测定.
