关于2010年版《中国药典》麦芽出芽率检查方法的商榷

摘要

In present study, the inspection method for "bud ratio" of crude drug Hordei Germinatus Fructus (wheat bud) in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2010 version) was reviewed through systematic observation and investigation. It was concluded that when the fibrous root is observed erupted from the basal parts of Hordei Germinatus Fructus, then the wheat can be regarded germinated no matter whether the budlet was observed or not.%经过大量的观察和调研,对《中国药典》2010年版中麦芽等的“出芽率”检查方法提出商榷性意见.研究认为:只要麦芽等基部生出须根,不论是否看见幼芽,均可认定已经发芽.
