PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveniently usable method for using a germinated brown rice by which the difficulty of eating of the germinated brown rice having rich vegetable fiber and high nutritive value, and useful for health promotion, is overcome. ;SOLUTION: This method for using a germinated brown rice comprises mixing a cooked or boiled germinated brown rice with a polished rice, and cooking the obtained mixture. The germinated brown rice is obtained by forming the cooked or boiled germinated brown rice A' into a massive body, a tabular body or a cylindrical body, and freezing the formed body or housing the formed body in a hermetically sealed container.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
