本文主要针对胃肠道黏液的屏障作用,系统阐述了黏液对口服纳米粒药物吸收的影响,以及克服胃肠道黏液屏障的口服纳米粒的研究进展.%This paper describes the barrier function of the gastrointestinal tract mucus, how the mucus affects the fate of orally administered nanoparticles, and recent developments in nanoparticles engineered to penetrate the mucus barrier.
