目的:观察猴头菌粉多糖时糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用.方法:采用高脂饮食联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,考察猴头菌粉多糖对模型小鼠空腹血糖和血脂的影响.结果:猴头菌粉多糖能显著降低高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素诱导的2型高血糖模型小鼠的血糖,给药3周后菌粉多糖高、低剂量组小鼠血糖与模型组相比均有极显著差异(P<0.01),并能调节高血糖造成的小鼠血脂紊乱.结论:猴头菌粉多糖对糖尿病模型小鼠具有降血糖调节血脂的作用.%Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic activity towards experimental diabetic mice of the polysaccharides from the powder of Hericium erinaceus. Methods: Type 2 diabetic model was induced by both long-term high lipid food and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The hypoglycemic activity of the polysaccharides was observed by detecting fasting blood glucose and blood lipids after 21 days of intragastric administration. Results: After 3 weeks of giving polysaccharides to the type 2 diabetic model, both low-dose group and high-dose group of polysaccharides lowered the blood sugar of diabetic mice significantly, comparing to control group (P<0.01). The polysaccharides adjusted the disordered blood fats induced by high blood sugar as well. Conclusions: The results in the present study suggest that the polysaccharides from the powder of Hericium erinaceus have the ability of lowering blood sugar and blood fats in diabetic mice.
