Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a common significant side effect re-sulting from the administration of several chemotherapeutic agents. In recent years, related studies found temperature-sensitive transient receptor potential channels (so-called thermoTRPs) play certain roles in the development of CIPN. Especially, these TRP channels are key players in hyperpathia. Several evidences from in vitro and in vivo studies in animals or humans have proved thermoTRPs to be potential targets for the treatment or prevention of CIPN. Developing TRP channel antagonists as a new generation of CIPN therapeutics may become beneficial.%化疗所引起的外周神经病变(CIPN)是临床抗肿瘤治疗过程中常见的剂量限制性毒性。
