摘要

1例糖尿病合并冠心病患者存在低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较低的状况,临床药师从降脂目标的设定,降脂药选择、药物相互作用、用药依从性等多方面出发,为其调整降脂方案.%Clinical pharmacists participated in a case of lipid-lowering program adjustment for type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease. With LDL-C at a low level, the target setting, drug selection, drug interactions, medication compliance and so on were considered accordingly.
