To develop a optimum purification technology for protein drug ,the chromatographic behavior of three kinds of protein drug was studied on a new type cation exchanger - Resource S.The influences of different pH ,salt and flow rate on the retention volumn , resolution were examined .Results showed that increase pH lead to a smaller retention volumn, faster flow rate make resolution lower , different salt influence resolution but no identical rule .%为了更好的优化蛋白质类药物的纯化工艺,对溶菌酶、细胞色素C、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子3种药物在新型离子交换柱ResourceS上的色谱行为进行了研究,考察了pH值、盐类型及流速对蛋白质保留体积和分离度的影响。结果表明:缓冲液pH值的升高使蛋白质保留体积减少;洗脱速度的提高使蛋白质的分离度降低;盐的类型对蛋白质分离度影响没有规律
