新型催化剂密相装填布料器设计

摘要

Based upon detailed investigation of existing catalyst dense loading equipment, a new distributor for catalyst dense loading equipment has been developed. Specific design of the distributor was worked out, prototype distributor was fabricated. And test bench was built to test the distribution performance of the distributor. The test results show that the new distributor can realize rapid and uniform catalyst dense loading. It is simple in construction, light and handy in configuration, easy in operation and good in application prospect.%在对现有催化剂密相装填装置进行充分调研的基础上,开发了一种新型催化剂密相装填装置用的布料器,给出了具体的设计方案,并制造样机,搭建实验台,对该布料器的布料效果进行了实验检验.结果表明:该新型布料器能够克服现有设备的缺点,快速、均匀的实现催化剂的密相装填,且结构简单,外形轻巧,操作方便,有较好的应用前景.
