对哈尔滨石化公司0.6 Mt/a连续重整装置的开工、标定、生产运行进行了介绍,对装置运行期间出现的异常问题进行了分析,并采取了措施,达到了满意的效果.通过更换重整氢增压机出入口缓冲罐解决了机组振动超标的问题；通过更改闭锁料斗平衡阀工作曲线解决了闭锁料斗循环中断的问题；通过工艺操作优化解决了还原电加热器热元件失效的问题；通过对装置晃电事故的应急处理积累了操作经验.并且对装置的日常管理经验进行了总结.%The start-up, performance tests and operation of a 600,000 TPY CCR unit in PetroChina Harbin Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. Were introduced. The abnormal operation of the unit was analyzed and corresponding corrective measures were taken, and good results have been achieved. The replacement of CCR H2 compressor inlet surge drum has solved the vibration problem of the compressor train. The modification of operating curve of lock hopper equilibrium valve has found the solution to the interruption of circulation of lock hopper. The electric heater failure problem is solved by operation optimization. In addition, the experience of how to deal with the electricity failure and management experience are summarized.
