提高污水汽提净化水质量的探索

     

摘要

中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司充分认识节能减排工作的必要性和艰巨性,不断创新含硫含氨污水汽提装置的工艺技术和提升装置的生产管理水平,探索提高净化水质量的技术措施,使得净化水指标得以逐步降低.通过采用加碱汽提工艺技术,净化水中NH3-N质量浓度由100 mg/L上下可降低至30 mg/L以下;对3套污水汽提装置原料含硫含氨污水进行优化分配,实施“分储分炼”,使得加碱汽提净化水中NH3-N质量浓度下降到10 mg/L以下、未加碱汽提净化水中NH3-N稳定在30 mg/L以下.为进一步满足节水减排、环境保护需要,污水汽提装置还需进一步优化、不断提升装置管理水平.%The necessity and difficulty in energy saving and emission reduction have been fully recognized in SINOPEC Jinling Petrochemical Company. The impurities in the purified water have been gradually minimized through continuous improvement of process technologies of sour water stripper processing sour water containing sulfur and ammonia and operation management as well as implementation of effective technical measures for purified water quality improvement. The application of caustic-addition process can reduce the NH3-N in purified water to lower than 30 mg/L from about 100 mg/L. The optimized separate storage and processing of sour water containing sulfur and ammonia in 3 sour water strippers can further reduce NH3-N in purified water to less than 10 mg/L. Whereas, the operations of sour water strippers need to be further improved and technical and management levels have to be further elevated to meet the requirements of water saving, emission reduction and environmental protection.
