重油催化裂化余热锅炉节能技术改造

     

摘要

为了进一步回收烟气余热,对克拉玛依石化分公司800 kt/a重油催化裂化装置烟气余热利用系统进行改造,通过拆除低压余热锅炉和中压余热锅炉,新建一座余热锅炉,采用新的节能技术,使排烟温度由190℃降到164℃,烟气阻力降低9.6 kPa,中压蒸汽产量增加17.9 t/h,节能效果明显.%To recover waste heat from flue gas,revamping of the flue gas energy recovery system in the RFCC unit of Karamay Petrochemical Company was carried out including removing the existing low pressure and medium pressure waste heat boilers,set up a new waste heat boiler and adopting novel energy conservation technology.The energy conservation effect was significant, the temperature of exhaust gas reduced to 164 ℃ from 190 ℃ ,the pressure drop of flue gas reduced by 9.6 kPa and the yield of medium pressure steam increased 17.9 t/h.
