FHUDS-6超深度加氢脱硫催化剂在3.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置上的工业应用

摘要

中国石化茂名分公司3.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置选用常规滴流床加氢技术,并采用中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院研制的FHUDS-6催化剂.标定结果表明:装置运行期间,各设备运转正常,生产的精制柴油产品硫质量分数为5 μg/g左右,柴油产品能够满足硫质量分数不大于10 μg/g的国Ⅴ排放标准要求.%The national V standard diesel was produced in a fixed bed diesel hydrotreating unit with 3.0 Mt/a capacity in Maoming Petrochemical Company by adopting ultra-deep HDS catalyst FHUDS-6 developed by FRIPP.The calibration results show that the process runs smoothly and the sulfur content of diesel product is only 5 μg/g,meeting the national V emission standard.
