聚合物驱分类评价方法的建立及应用

         

摘要

After more than ten years of the industrial production of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, the matching development techniques are more and more mature. EOR production mainly composed of the polymer flooding has accounted for about 1/3 of the oilfield production. However, the following problems are deteriorating in recent years: the increase of polymer dry powder usage, the gradually worse development effectiveness and efficiency. To this end, for the purposes of improving the development effects, reducing EOR cost and enhancing the efficiency of polymer flooding, according to the analysis results of 56 polymer injected blocks in Daqing Oilfield, a categorical evaluation method is established among the polymer floodded blocks to conduct the adaptive researches of the relative molecular weight, injected mass concentration and reservoirs of the polymer. Based on the new understandings, the optimizing and adjusting measures are excuted in 2011. For the popularized blocks, the annual incremental production is up to 4. 3 x 104 t, the usage of the polymer dry powder in the whole oilfield is cut down by 13. 8% , and the economic benefit is created to 5. 62 x 108 Yuan. It is proved that the classifying and evaluating method can effectively and timely guide the tracking and adjustment of the polymer flooding.%大庆油田聚合物驱经过十几年的工业化生产,开发配套技术日益成熟,以聚合物驱为主的三次采油产量已占全油田的1/3左右.但是,近几年出现了聚合物干粉用量增幅大、开发效果和效益逐渐变差的问题.为此,以“改善开发效果、降低三采成本、提高聚合物驱效率”为目的,依据对大庆油田56个注聚区块解剖分析的结果,建立了聚合物驱区块之间的“分类评价方法”,开展了聚合物相对分子质量、注入质量浓度与油层的适应性研究.基于新的认识,2011年,实施了优化调整工作,推广应用区块多增油4.3×104 t,全油田节省聚合物干粉13.8%,创经济效益5.62×108元.实践证明,聚合物驱分类评价方法可以指导聚合物驱及时有效地跟踪调整.
