疏水硅沸石吸附分离混合二氯苯静态液相平衡的研究

     

摘要

The static equilibrium of dichlorobenzene mixture in liquid phase was studied with a binder-free MFI zeolite adsorbent,which possesses perfect framework and high hydrophobicity.The selectivity factor for p-dichlorobenzene/o-dichlorobenzene is 12.3.A series of desorbents matched with the adsorbent such as benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,mono-chlorobenzene,and p-diethylbenzene were investigated as well.The adsorbent can be regenerated and used without controlling the content of water.The isotherms of each dichlorobenzene isomer and the desorbents exhibit the adsorption characteristics of Langmuir type.The saturation adsorption capacities of the adsorbates on the adsorbent S-Ⅰ were determined.No adsorption of m-dichlorobenzene was found.The competitive adsorption curves of multicomponent feed were also explored.The high shape-selectivity of separation is related to the perfect structure of the adsorbent.%在无粘结剂疏水硅沸石S-Ⅰ吸附剂上研究混合二氯苯液相吸附平衡。对二氯苯对邻二氯苯的选择吸附分离系数为12.3。筛选出五种与吸附剂相匹配的脱附剂:苯、甲苯、乙苯、一氯苯、对二乙苯。二氯苯异构体与脱附剂单组份液相吸附等温线均呈典型的Langmuir吸附,并测得饱和吸附量。对混合二氯苯的液相竞争吸附行为进行了考察。S-Ⅰ吸附剂不吸附间二氯苯,对二氯苯对邻二甲苯的高选择性与吸附剂的结构特征有关。S-Ⅰ吸附剂在液相吸附分离使用中不需控制水含量,且可活化再生。
