聚烯烃结晶成核剂的研究进展

摘要

The advances in both polyethylene nucleating agents and polypropylene nucleating agents, including organic nucleating agents, inorganic nucleating agents and polymeric nucleating agents, giving priority to organic nucleating agents, were reviewed. The efforts on the research of the nucleating mechanism for α-phase and β-phase polypropylene nucleating agents were summarized, and the efforts on the research of crystallization kinetics were summarized as well. Besides, the developing tendencies of nucleating agents for polyolefin were concluded. It was suggested that ultra-fine or nano-sized nucleating agents, in-situ nucleating technologies, and improving efficiency of nucleating agents with ultra-fine powder rubber were the significant developing tendencies.%概述了聚丙烯成核剂和聚乙烯成核剂的发展概况,包括有机成核剂、无机成核剂和高分子成核剂,其中,以有机成核剂为主；介绍了聚丙烯α晶型成核剂和β品犁成核剂成核机理的研究进展以及结晶动力学的研究进展；分析了聚烯烃成核剂的发展方向,认为超细或纳米尺度成核剂、原位成核技术以及利用超细粉末橡胶提高成核效率是聚烯烃成核剂的重要发展方向.
