基于α/β复合成核剂调控等规聚丙烯刚性及韧性规律的研究

             

摘要

Effects of NA40/NABW compounded nucleating agents(addition amount(w) 0. 2% ) with different compounded ratios on the mechanical properties of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) were investigated with NA40 as a nucleating agent and NABW as βnucleating agent. It was found that stiffness and toughness of iPP could be adjusted and enhanced simultaneously by changing the ratio of α and β nucleating agents. Compared to the others, the absolute value of difference of crystallizationpeak temperature between two type nucleating agents (△TCp αβ) at the optimal compounded ratio was the smallest. According to this, a new method to determine the optimal compounded ratio of the compounded nucleating agents was developed, which was to choose the compounded ratio with minimized △TCp αβ absolute value as the optimal one. NA40/HHPA-Ba, NA40/PA-03 compounded nucleating agents were chosen to prove that the method was also applicable to other compounded nucleating agents.%将一种α晶型成核剂NA40和一种β晶型成核剂NABW复合,在总添加量为0.2%(质量分数)时,以不同的复合比例加入到等规聚丙烯中,考察了复合比例对等规聚丙烯力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,改变两种成核剂的复合比例能够调控等规聚丙烯的刚性及韧性,并可同时提高等规聚丙烯的刚性和韧性.在上述实验的基础上,通过计算各复合比例下NA40与NABW的ΔTcp(ΔTcp为成核等规聚丙烯结晶峰值温度与等规聚丙烯结晶峰值温度的差值)之差(ΔTcpαβ),发现在最佳复合比例处两种成核剂的ΔTcpαβ绝对值最小.据此,建立了一种确定两种成核剂最佳复合比例的方法,即计算各复合比例下两种成核剂的ΔTcpαβ,取其最小绝对值对应的复合比例为该添加量下的最佳复合比例,并选取NA40/HHPA - Ba和NA40/PA - 03复合体系对该方法的有效性进行了验证,证明该方法适用于不同的复合体系.
