含双Schiff碱结构的新型光电材料的合成及其性能

         

摘要

以对苯二胺、芳香醛为主要原料设计合成了两种具有空穴传输性能的双Schiff碱有机发光材料1,4-二(4-甲氧基苯基亚甲基)苯二胺(M1)和1,4-二(4-(N,N-二苯)氨基苯基亚甲基)苯二胺(M2).通过FTIR、1H NMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,并考察了其UV-Vis吸收光谱、荧光光谱、电化学行为和热稳定性.实验结果表明,M1在溶液中能发射紫色荧光,而其固态薄膜则发射蓝色荧光;M2的溶液和固态薄膜均显示较强的绿色荧光;M1和M2的电离势分别为5.10,4.91 eV,与正电极的功函数(4.8 eV)相匹配,可有效降低空穴注入的能垒,有利于空穴的传输;M1和M2的热分解温度分别为375,350 ℃,均具有良好的热稳定性.%Two novel bis-Schiff-base organic luminescent materials, l,4-bis(4-methoxyphenylmethylene) phenylenediamine(M 1) and 1, 4-bis(4-(N, N-diphenyl) aminophenylmethylene) phenylenediamine(M2), were synthesized from p-phenylenediamine and aromatic aldehydes. The structures of the two target compounds were characterized by means of FTIR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Their UV-Vis spectra, fluorescence spectra, electrochemical behavior and thermal stability were studied. The results show that Ml emits purple fluorescence in solution but its solid thin film emits blue fluorescence; both M2 in solution and its solid thin film emit green fluorescence. Their ionization potential energies are 5.10, 4.91 eV respectively, which matches with the work function(4.8 eV) of the positive electrode, so the barrier of the hole transporting can be reduced effectively. The results of the TG curves show that their thermal decomposition temperatures are 375 and 350℃. respectively, and they have good thermal stability.
