急冷油超临界溶剂抽提减黏技术的模拟和实验研究

             

摘要

The viscosity reduction of quenching oil by supercritical solvent extraction was simulated and studied by means of the VMGSim process simulation software in a supercritical solvent extraction installation. The viscosity reduction of quenching oil from the ethylene plant of Sinopec Tianjin branch company was conducted by the supercritical solvent extraction under the conditions of extracting pressure of 3-6 MPa and extracting temperature of 120-150 ℃ with isobutane as solvent. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of the quenching oil reduced from 1 000 mPa·s (50℃) to 10 mPa·s(50℃) and the highest extraction rate reached 0.53. The simulation results agreed with the experimental results basically. Both the extraction rate and the extract oil viscosity increased with pressure rise or temperature reduction.%分别利用流程模拟软件VMGSim和超临界溶剂抽提减黏装置,对乙烯装置急冷油进行超临界溶剂抽提减黏的模拟和实验研究。以异丁烷为溶剂,在抽提压力3~6 MPa、抽提温度120~150℃范围内,对中国石化天津石化分公司乙烯装置的急冷油进行超临界溶剂抽提减黏。实验结果表明,急冷油的黏度(50℃)从1000 mPa·s降至10 mPa·s以下,抽提率最高可达0.53。模拟结果与实验结果基本一致,模拟结果中抽提条件对减黏效果的影响更有规律性;提高抽提压力或降低抽提温度,可提高抽提率,并略微提高抽提油黏度。
