马来酸双酯、苯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚物结构与稠油降黏性能的关系

         

摘要

以马来酸双酯、苯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯为单体合成三元共聚物降黏剂(DMSS).考察了降黏剂合成条件对降黏率的影响,以及DMSS结构与稠油降黏性能的关系.实验结果表明,马来酸双酯、苯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚物(D18MSS)的最佳合成条件为马来酸双十八酯、苯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯的摩尔比4∶1∶3,反应温度75℃,反应时间5h,引发剂加入量1.0%(w);在D18MSS加入量为0.8%(w)的条件下处理塔河稠油,降黏率可达55.8%;聚合物相对分子质量过高会导致降黏效果降低;在C12~C18的双酯聚合物中,长链具有一定的优势,以马来酸双十八酯合成的D18MSS降黏效果最佳;在50℃下,用十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚为表面活性剂,与D18MSS进行复配处理塔河稠油,降黏率可提高至67.8%.%Three copolymer reducers were synthesized with maleic diester,styrene and vinyl acetate as monomers.The influence of the synthetic conditions of viscosity reducing agent on the viscosity reduction rate and the relationship between the structure of three ester copolymer of maleic acid diester,styrene and vinyl acetate and the viscosity reduction properties of heavy oil were investigated.The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions of viscosity reducing agent are terpolymer molar ratio 4 ∶ 1 ∶ 3 for double maleate,styrene,and vinyl acetate,reaction temperature at 75 ℃,reaction time of 5 h,initiator amount of 1.0%(w);the viscosity reducing agent is 0.8%(w) of Tahe heavy oil processing under the condition that the viscosity reduction rate is 55.8%;the molecular weight of polymer would lead to high viscosity reducing effect;in the double ester polymer C12-C18,long chain has certain advantages and effect;under 50 ℃,with twelve alkyl polyoxyethylene ether for compound additives,processing Tahe crude oil and terpolymer,viscosity reduction rate can be increased to 67.8%.
