功能分子和纳米粒子主动干预烯烃聚合策略制备高性能聚烯烃材料

         

摘要

Sustainable polyolefin material industry relies on constant development of polyolefins' properties along the line of high-performance transformation/functionalization,which is also the core mission of polyolefin material chemistry,that is,to constantly challenge the material properties limits and expand the properties ranges of polyolefins,or to input new functionalities into polyolefins to transcend their inherent values.Since the discovery of olefin coordination polymerization by Ziegler K and Natta G that boomed polyolefin materials,polyolefin material chemistry in most of the time has been predominated by post-polymerization modification of polyolefins both chemically and physically.Nevertheless,recent tremendous advancement on catalyst technology has greatly propelled the progress of olefin coordination polymerization,much deepening the understanding of polymerization mechanism and giving unprecedented freedom in mastering the art of polymerization,which in turn results in a gradual merger of olefin coordination polymerization and polyolefin material chemistry that sees an increasing number of high-performance/functionalized polyolefins being made directly during polymerization,only with enhanced controllability in structure/properties and more straightforward processes,representing the frontier of polyolefin material chemistry.Against the backdrop of the large polyolefin material chemistry development,this review introduces research progress in the development of a specific initiative meddling olefin polymerization strategy steered by functional molecules and nanoparticles that proves itself an effective chemistry towards high-performance polyolefin materials.%聚烯烃的高性能化与功能化是聚烯烃材料产业可持续发展的基础.不断挑战聚烯烃的材料性能极限、扩展材料性能范围,或赋予其功能性、从而使其超越本身价值,是聚烯烃材料化学研究的核心与目标.从ZieglerK和NattaG发现烯烃配位聚合使聚烯烃材料得以快速发展以来,聚烯烃材料化学在多数时间内偏重于化学与物理改性研究.近年来催化技术的巨大进步使对烯烃聚合机理的认识更加深入,对聚合方法的掌握更加主动,促使聚烯烃材料化学与烯烃配位聚合逐渐融和,进而使高性能/功能化聚烯烃材料不断由聚合反应直接制备出来,且结构性能可调节性更强,而制备过程更直接,代表着聚烯烃材料化学的发展前沿.在聚烯烃材料化学发展的大背景下,集中讨论了利用功能分子和纳米粒子主动干预烯烃聚合策略制备高性能聚烯烃材料的研究进展.
