The internal standard method in GPC was established by adding internal standard into the analyte. In this method,in virtue of the fact that the retention time of internal standard and analyte change synchronously with the change in pump flow rate,the molecular weight was calculated after the retention time of the analyte had been transformed into relative time,which can eliminate errors caused by the instability of the instrument;and the influence of the molecular polarity and relative molecular weight of the internal standard on the calculation results was investigated. The results indicated that the deviation of the calculated result was close to the deviation of the instrument's repeatable deviation,the errors caused by the instability of the instrument can be eliminated by internal standard method. Different molecular weight and molecular polarity of the internal standard had little influence on the calculated results. The internal standard method in GPC could achieve rapid and accurate testing so as to greatly improve work efficiency,and was of very high application value in monitoring the working state of instruments.%建立了在待测试样中加入内标物的GPC内标法,该方法利用内标物和待测物保留时间的提前或延后能与泵流速变化同步的特点,将待测物保留时间转化为相对时间后再进行计算,以消除仪器不稳定带来的误差;并考察了内标物的分子极性及相对分子质量对计算结果的影响.实验结果表明,采用GPC内标法所得计算结果偏差接近仪器自身水平,可消除仪器不稳定带来的误差;GPC内标法对内标物分子极性及相对分子质量的选择没有特别要求;GPC内标法用于监测仪器的工作状态有着较高的应用价值,可实现快速精准测试,极大地提高了工作效率.
