PS/PE合金的研究

             

摘要

The composition, compatibility, preparation and process conditions of polystyrene-polyethylene alloy were studied. The results showed that the polystyrene-polyethylene alloy with good properties was obtained by using polystyrene 100 phr,linear low density polyethylene 15 ~ 45 phr, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer 2 ~ 5 phr,in the extrusion conditions of high rotational speed of screw and low speed of addition.%对PS/PE合金的组成、相容性和制备工艺及条件进行了研究。结果表明,增韧剂选用LLDPE,相容剂选用SBS,配比(以质量计)为 PS 100份,LLDPE 15~45份,SBS 2~5份,在高螺杆转速、低加料速度的挤出条件下,能得到性能较好的PS/PE合金。
