PS／PE合金的研究

摘要

The composition, compatibility, preparation and process conditions of polystyrene-polyethylene alloy were studied. The results showed that the polystyrene-polyethylene alloy with good properties was obtained by using polystyrene 100 phr,linear low density polyethylene 15 ～ 45 phr, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer 2 ～ 5 phr,in the extrusion conditions of high rotational speed of screw and low speed of addition.%对PS／PE合金的组成、相容性和制备工艺及条件进行了研究。结果表明，增韧剂选用LLDPE，相容剂选用SBS，配比(以质量计)为 PS 100份，LLDPE 15～45份，SBS 2～5份，在高螺杆转速、低加料速度的挤出条件下，能得到性能较好的PS／PE合金。
