重整富氢在润滑油加氢装置中的应用

摘要

Through the theoretical calculation on partial pressure of hydrogen and the system of hydrogen makeup compressor in 400 kt/a hydrogenation unit of lube, the application feasibility of hydrogen-enriched for catalytic reforming unit with continuous catalyst regeneration in hydrogenation unit of lube were investigated. The hydrogen from hydrogen production plant was replaced successfully by the hydrogen-enriched, and good application effect was achieved.%通过对40万t/a润滑油加氢处理装置反应器氢分压系统及新氢压缩机系统的理论核算，论证了连续重整装置富氢在加氢装置应用的可行性。采用重整富氢成功地取代了制氢装置，获得了良好的应用效果。
